NextBird Systems

We partner with Matt Milliron at NextBird Systems to offer two training options for our customers.

Package 1: Standard Onsite Startup Training + Follow-up Support Expert

Onsite instruction in setup, operation, handling, and processing using PIB equipment.

Training is tailored to your team and focused on establishing a safe, repeatable workflow. The training approach is grounded in real-world application of PIB equipment in an active USDA-inspected poultry processing facility, drawing on firsthand production experience. Includes one (1) onsite training day, plus travel time as required. Instruction only, no labor included. Trainer does not operate equipment or supervise staff. Includes up to six (6) one-hour follow-up Zoom calls, available for up to six (6) months after the onsite training.

Travel & Lodging: Billed separately by NextBird Systems (reasonable, customary, directly related; supported by receipts or other reasonable documentation).

Package 2: USDA-Inspected Facility Observation Session

A guided, full-day observation at a live USDA-inspected PIB-based poultry processing facility in Central Texas.

This session is designed to help your team see a PIB system in real production, with discussion focused on workflow, staffing, pacing, and practical quality control checks. Trainer will demonstrate and explain key steps during a live production day, including operating equipment and directing onsite staff for demonstration purposes within the facility’s normal operating procedures. Visitors will not handle product. The Host facility retains responsibility for regulatory compliance, food safety, and overall plant operations. Includes one (1) observation day at the facility. PPE is required and all visitors must follow facility biosecurity and food safety rules. Visitor count will be limited based on available space and the day’s production plan. Scheduling depends on production and may shift due to bird counts, timing changes, or cancellations.

Travel & Lodging: Travel and lodging are the trainee’s responsibility. Overnight accommodations may be available at the Bunkhouse at our sister ranch (subject to availability and booked separately).
